By creating a TaleBuzzer account you agree to these terms. If creating an account for a child, you confirm you are the child’s parent or legal guardian.
1. The service
TaleBuzzer provides an AI-powered personalised story platform for children aged 3 to 11, operated by TaleBuzzer Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
TaleBuzzer is a web application accessible through any modern browser. No app download is required.
2. Account eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create a TaleBuzzer parent account. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of TaleBuzzer on behalf of your child complies with these terms.
3. Free tier and paid plans
The free tier includes 3 lifetime story generations per account. No payment card is required.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Stories generated before cancellation remain accessible in read-only mode for 30 days.
4. AI-generated content
Stories are generated by artificial intelligence and are unique to each request. TaleBuzzer applies two layers of content moderation before delivery. Parents can rate and regenerate any story within 5 minutes of generation.
AI-generated stories are for personal, non-commercial use only.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to bypass free tier limits, reverse-engineer the platform, or use TaleBuzzer for any commercial purpose without prior written agreement.
6. Liability
TaleBuzzer is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
8. Changes
We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
